At OutletTrends.com, we strive to fulfill and deliver your orders as soon as possible. In this regard, cancellation requests for orders can only be accommodated within six hours from the time of purchase. To cancel your order, kindly fill out the contact form and select the ‘Cancel Order’ subject, and provide the correct order number. Cancellation requests with incorrect order numbers will not be processed. Any payment made for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid using your credit card, a reimbursement will be issued to your card. If you used PayPal as your payment method, your PayPal account will be refunded. Please note that the refund may take one to three days to clear in your account due to bank or credit card issuer hold policies. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
If you did not receive your product(s) within the guaranteed time frame of 50 business days (excluding 2-5 days processing), if you received the wrong item, if you canceled your order within six hours of purchase, or if you received an order you no longer want (provided that the item is unused), you can request a refund or reshipment. Please ensure that you return the product at your expense and provide us with the working tracking code that includes the name of the shipping company to enable us to track the return shipment. Please note that we cannot issue refunds if your order fails to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. incorrect delivery address) or if exceptional circumstances beyond our control cause delays in delivery (e.g. delayed by a natural calamity, not cleared by customs, not picked up at the pick-up point). Additionally, cancellation requests beyond the six-hour window will not be accommodated.

You may submit reimbursement requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (50 business days) has expired.
