Refunds & Returns Policy

At OutletTrends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, our simple return and refund process makes it easy to send items back.

Which products can be returned?

We only accept returns for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Return period

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Requirements for the condition of the item

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused, in the original packaging and with all labels and accessories included.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@outlettrends.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation and package the goods securely.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receipt of your return. They will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please email us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Photo(s) of the item and packaging
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently possible. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
